Loaded Hummus

This is by far the easiest and most impressive looking appetizer you can throw together to bring or serve at your next get-together.  The recipe includes instructions for how to make your own hummus, but we like to cheat and load our favorite store-bought hummus up with these pretty toppings to take it to a whole new level.

Pro tip: make sure your olives are pitted to avoid a dental mishap!

We recommend serving it up with a mixture of fresh, crunchy veggies and a few of your favorite crackers.  We particularly love it paired with triscuits, wheat thins or pretzel chips!

We love serving orzo in our pasta salads and this mediterranean orzo salad by Pioneer Woman is right up our alley.  If you’ve got picky eaters, you can always sub out the olives for bell peppers, cucumbers or both!
